When we ship your items, we do our best to make sure they are in perfect condition. However, in case you receive a damaged or defect item please send us a picture immediately where we can clearly see the defect and explain the fault. Send the picture attached in an e-mail , and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Your claim shall be made directly when you discover the defect, within a reasonable time. We only accept claims that are caused by manufacturing faults. Products that are damaged as a result of daily wear are not considered to be faulty. We can only handle faulty garments from orders that are purchased in our web shop. If we agree to accept your claim we will send you a new return label by e-mail to use when sending back the faulty garment. Please do not use the return label provided in your package, as general returns and faulty garments are handled separately.
• If you are not satisfied with your order, you can Exchange it within 14 days.
• If you want to request for return/replacement, contact us through our WhatsApp “98094998” or through email “email@example.com”, we will be happy to assist.
• If the pick-up and return is from and to your doorsteps, there will be a Return fee of 2 KD that will be deducted from your refund.
